In case you are unsatisfied with the size or style you order us, after being shipped to you, you have open option to return and receive a store credit or exchange them. It is advised you send us your package via a traceable and insured/registers prepaid method so as to keep an intact protection. We also recommend you to give us a call or email us before you return the items and make us know if you want it to return for receiving a credit note or you want to exchange and make purchase on other products matching your style & size.
Presents & Gifts It is no problem to exchange your gift items. Simply notify us when returning the items and let us know your right size & style.
There is no adminstration fee for store credit.
Re-delivery fee on exchanges
For exchanging items & redelivery please include a paid registered post bag with your items for return or exchange or else make a $9.90 payment for re-delivery. This fees is applicable for customers residing in Australia. Overseas customers do need to contact us for getting information on the delivery fees which is based on the location the exchanged item is to be redelivered.
Please make sure all the products sent to us for exchange or return are unused, unwashed and with labels attached to them. Also keep a note to return your items in case of any issue within 30 days of period to the address mentioned above. We will store credit your original payment method excluding delivery and gift wrapping. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card. Make a note, stockings, hosiery, specialty and custom made items cannot be returned.
